The executive lounge was very nice and had a very good atmosphere. Lovely canapes and bar for the happy hour (two).

Service counters for both for check in and bag check were superb. Outstanding customer service.

The waiter staff in for breakfast service was exceptional especially Olga whom we found out was still in training and young Maria and the manager of breakfast service Nunu they were fantastic. And the concierge and doormen Raddick, Johnny and there was a little short one we didn't get hos name but I believe he is Scottish they were bloody brilliant very very helpful, and resourceful and a great chatting and banter great sense of humour which made each day for us.

Staff were really pleasant, professional and very helpful. Room had all the facilities we expected, was quiet and bed was comfortable; large warm bathroom with hot water always available. Hotel well located for amenities in Theatreland and Covent Garden and not that far away from shops. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity if we needed them although they were usually very busy as you would expect. Breakfast in the hotel was good quality, mainly buffet style but with lots of choice, and the lounge bar (Good Godfrey's) offered 'small plate' snacks and drinks in a cosy environment.
